Questions about How Downloading Software Works

1.Are all download software titles Full Version and registered?

Yes, all software titles can be used as either an upgrade or full
version. They are already registered and activated under MDofPC, some
titles can be registered to end users.

2.Is download software the same as a retail boxed version?

Yes and no, most of our software titles are the complete retail
version, but a select very few have been cut down to size for
downloading purposes. If you want the full version please buy the
boxed version or from a retail store near you.

3.How will my download software be delivered to me?

Most of our download software is available for immediate download and
serial will be provided separately if required. The software titles
that we do not have for immediate download will be sent via email
within a few hours, this may be due to being updated by manufacturer
or third party provider.

4.Why are your prices so inexpensive?

We are able to offer low prices because we purchase large quantities
in volume and pass the savings on to our customers. Also downloadable
software does not require manuals,media or shipping.  We do offer
quantity discounts for 5+ and 10+ purchases.

5.How long until I receive my download software?

Most orders are processed within a few hours, if there is a delay you
will be notified. You should of received two confirmation emails upon
purchase, the first email is from our onlinestore verifying your
order. The second email is from our credit card processing to verify
the amount.

6.I ordered my software but have not received any emails?

If you have placed an order and have not received any emails this may
be due to your email address format, characters such as; ()-_{}+=*~`"

7.I am not sure if I qualify for the Terms & Conditions?

8.How do I qualify for Academic Software?

In order to qualify for an Academic Software title you must provide us
documentation showing that you meet the academic download
requirements. This can be a school id, faculty id, school transcript,
or any other documentation that shows that you meet the academic
qualifications. Please send this information along with your order

9.Does your site offer support if I purchase software?

Yes, we offer unlimited product support for up to 1 year of purchase
and electronic pdf books for some titles. We also offer free upgrades
for some of our download software titles as they become available by
manufacturer.

10.Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Most of our prices are so low we cannot offer a discount but there are
a few titles that we can make an exception for. Please contact us at

11.I noticed you do not have the latest version of my software?

We try to keep up with our software titles, sometimes we fall behind.
If you notice something is not up to date let us know and we will have
it updated within a few days.

12.I started downloading my software and the estimated time to
download is several hours?

Our downloads are delivered using OC3 optical transmissions capable of
up to 150mbs, however download times may vary because of:
1.Your connection to the internet typically cable/dsl connections is
very fast, but a dialup or 56k will be incredibly slower.
2.If you are downloading during peak hours 10am -5pm, normally this is
not a factor as the server is quite powerfull.

13.Can I get a refund for my software I purchased?

Because the software is downloadable the only way we can give you a
refund is if you have proof of purchase for the same product from
another retail, reseller or distributor.

14. Who provides the download software?

Support Software is not hosted at manufacturer or thrid parties.
MDofPC only provides technical support for the software.
